This post is intended to sustain and enhance the teaching and research capacity of the School.
The postholder will be expected to teach core areas of the syllabus in real estate appraisal and investment, and initiate and conduct international quality research both individually and collaboratively with fellow academics and industry.
You will have:

• Knowledge of real estate investment, appraisal and investment
• Experience of teaching to undergraduate level and research experience in one or more of the relevant knowledge areas listed above
• Experience of both academe and practice
• Strong interpersonal skills, enabling interaction with a range of collaborative partners, clients and students
• The skills necessary to contribute to the University's research agenda.
