An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our administrative team within the International Academy. The postholder will play a key role in supporting the effective financial operation of the department and will be responsible for the provision of timely financial information.
The successful candidate will undertake general finance and human resources duties, including maintaining the department's financial records, monitoring expenditure, producing management reports in order to assist with budgetary control, and issuing staff contracts.
The successful candidate will be a qualified accounting technician or will demonstrate substantial progress towards a recognised accountancy qualification. Applicants should have experience of working in a financial or accounting environment, good computer skills and the ability to work with minimum supervision. Candidates will also have excellent communication skills with the ability to relate financial issues to non-finance staff in a clear and concise way.
Salary: £23,811-£26,779 per annum
